Your day to day itinerary
Day 1: Delhi
Begin your tour.
Arrive into Delhi
Welcome to Vardhman's 'Golden Triangle train tour'
On arrival in Delhi, you will be met and transferred by Vardhman's representative
to your hotel. Later proceed for the half day sightseeing of New Delhi.
Visit Qutab Minar, Humayun's tomb, Lakshminarayan Temple, a modern Hindu
Temple, Parliament House, Government Secretarial Building and Connaught
place, the shopping centre of New Delhi.
Overnight: Hotel
Day 2: Delhi-Jaipur-Delhi by Shatabdi Express train
Early morning transfer to Railway station.
0610 hrs - Depart for Jaipur by Shatabdi Express Train. Breakfast on board
the train.
1050 hrs - Reach Jaipur and transfer to hotel.
Relax for a while. Later proceed for the sightseeing of Jaipur.
Visit Amer/Amber fort, Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds, Jagmandir or the
Hall of victory glittering with mirrors, Maharaja's City Palace and the
Observatory.
After sightseeing transfer to Jaipur Railway Station.
1750 hrs - Leave for Delhi by Shatabadi Express. Dinner on board the train.
2230 hrs - Reach Delhi and you will be met by our representative who will
transfer you to your hotel for an overnight rest.

Day 3: Delhi
This morning after a leisurely breakfast proceed for the half day sightseeing
of Old Delhi.
Visit Red Fort, built in 1648 by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan, Jama Masjid,
one of the largest Mosque of India, Raj Ghat and Shanti Vana, the cremation
sites of Mahatama Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru. Also drive past Chandni Chowk,
shopping centre of Old Delhi.
OPTIONAL ACTIVITY: Attend Sound & light show at Red Fort in the evening.
Overnight: Hotel
Day 4: Delhi-Agra-Delhi by Shatabdi train
Early morning transfer to Railway station.
0615 hrs - Leave for Agra by Shatabdi Express. Breakfast on board the train.
0800 hrs - Arrive Agra
City tour of Agra.
Visit Taj Mahal (Closed on Friday) & Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daula.
Afternoon, we ride to the massive Agra Fort. The elegant buildings inside
reflect an interesting synthesis of Hindu and Central Asian architectural
styles. The maze of the courtyards, mosques & private chambers of the
fort echo the story of the Mughal Empire. The Moti Masjid & other magnificent
buildings reflect the skill of the ancient Indian architects Later you will
visit a marble gallery - the flagship store in Agra which offers an excellent
range of white marble, fashionable wear & exotic wooden articles, truly
a one stop shop!
Visit Fateh Pur Sikri
Visit Fateh Pur Sikri built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 and abandoned after
15 years due to scarcity of water. See the graceful buildings including
Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chisti, Panch Mahal and other palaces.
Evening transfer to Railway station.
2000 hrs - Leave for Delhi by Shatabadi Express. Dinner on board the train.
2250 hrs - Arrive Delhi railway station with sweet and pleasant memories
of your tour escorted by Vardhman Vacations.
