Day 01 : Chennai
Begin Your tour
Arrive into Chennai
Welcome to Vardhman's "South India Wildlife Tour"
On arrival in Chennai, you will be met and transferred by Vardhman's
representative to your hotel. Relax for a while and then proceed
for the sightseeing of Chennai.
Visit the Fort St George, Government Museum, Valluvar Kottam,
Snake Park, Kapaleeshwarar Temple and Marina Beach.

Day 2: Chennai-Mahabalipuram- Kanchipuram-Chennai
After breakfast proceed on a full day tour of Mahabalipuram
& Kanchipuram.
The city of Mahabalipuram is famous for the seven pagodas.
Here on the seashore is an interesting group of ancient rock
hewn temples which are the examples of Dravidian style of
Architecture.

Day 3: Chennai-Madurai
After breakfast proceed on a city tour of Chennai.
Visit the Museum to see the Art and Bronze Gallery. Drive
through the Flower and Fruit market, High court, Fort museum,
Marina Beach, Santhome Cathedral and snake park .
Late evening transfer to railway-station for overnight train
to Madurai.

Day 4: Madurai
Arrive Madurai railway station in the morning and you will
be transferred by our representative to your hotel. Relax
for a while and later proceed on a city tour of Madurai.
Madurai is also known as a city of festival, Madurai is the
most ancient home of culture and first Academy was founded
here by scholars and pious kings. Visit includes, Teppa kulam
a tank with an island temple, Tirumalainaik palace, 1000 pillared
hall & the Meenakshi Temple.

Day 5: Madurai - Periyar
After breakfast drive to Periyar National Park. It extends
to 777 square kms & forms part of the high mountain ranges,
the Western Ghats. Upon arrival check into your hotel. Relax
for a while and later visit Periyar Wild life Sanctuary. Wildlife
can be seen while cruising (at your own) on Periyar Lake in
a motor boat. Elephants, wild boar, sambar, tiger, leopard,
wild dog, langur monkeys, etc. can be seen easily.

Day 6: Periyar - Trivandrum
After breakfast, drive to Trivandrum viewing the scenic beauty
enroute. Upon arrival check into your hotel. Relax for a while
and later proceed on a city tour of Trivandrum. Visit Museum
complex, Padmanbha Swamy Temple, Science and echnology Museun,
Veli Tourist Village, Aakulam boat club, Shangmughan Beach
etc.

Day 7: Trivandrum
Full day Excursion to Kanyakumari/Cape Comorin.
Kanyakumari - is the land's end of India where the water of
the Arabian Sea , the Bay of Bengal and the Indian Ocean meet.
An important pilgrim centre of India , it is famous for the
Amman Temples - a symbol of unity and sanctity - deidicated
to the virgin Goddess , Kanya Kumari. To its South - East
lies the famous Vivekananda Rock Memorial , a blend of all
the architectural styles of India. Lunch at local restaurant.
Evening enjoy the beautiful sun set and later return to Trivandrum
for an overnight in the hotel.

Day 8: Trivandrum - Kumarakom -Cochin
After breakfast, drive to Cochin. Enroute visit Kumarakom
Bird Sanctuary. Rest of the day at leisure. Upon arrival,
check into your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 9: Cochin-Bangalore
After breakfast proceed on a city tour of Cochin.
Visit the Dutch palace, Jewish Synagogue, chinese fishing
nets, St. Francis Church and the Santa Cruz Church. Also visit
the Hill Palace Museum which displays articles of archeological
importance.
Later, in the evening transfer to Cochin railway-station to
board overnight train to Bangalore.Bangalore is also called
as Garden city due to its well laid parks and gardens.

Day 10: Bangalore
Arrive Bangalore in the morning and you will be transfered
to your pre-booked hotel by ou r reprsentative. Freshen -up
and then proceed on a city tour of Bangalore.
Visit Cubbon park, Lalbagh, Tipuâ's fort, Government
museum, Venkatappa Art Gallery, Bull temple, Viswesvaraya
Industrial and Technological museum, Ganesh temple, Gandhi
Bhavan, Ulsoor Tank, Gavipuram Cave Temple, St. Mary's Basilica
Church, Auqarium, and a number of other places around the
city. This beautiful city lends its name to the district of
Bangalore to which the city is perceivably the capital of
the state.

Day 11: Bangalore - Mysore
Morning after breakfast drive to Mysore. Arrive and check
into your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 12: Mysore
Morning after breakfast, visit the palace of the Maharaja
built in 1911 - 1912. The palace is of harmonious syntheses
of the Hindu and saracenic styles of architecture with archways,
domes, turrets, colonnades and sculptures which are magnificent.
Visit the Art Gallery; drive upto Chamundi hill to see Chamundeshwari
Temple and a panoramic view of Mysore.
On the way back, see the Nandi Bull. Rest of the day free
for leisure activities on your own.

Day 13: Mysore - Chennai
Morning at leisure. In the afternoon transfer to Mysore Junction
railway-station to catch Shatabadi Express train to Chennai
at 1420hrs. Arrive Chennai Central railway station at 2135hrs
& you will be transferred to your hotel for an overnight
rest bu our represenatative.

Day 14: Chennai
This morning after breakfast transfer to Chennai airport to
board flight for your onward journey to backhome with sweet
and unforgettable memories of your "Cultural South India
