Welcome to Vardhman's 'Rajasthan Herritage Tour'!
On arrival in Delhi, you will be met and transferred by Vardhman's
representative to your hotel. Relax for rest of the day.

Day 02: Delhi
Morning after breakfast proceed for the sightseeing of
Old Delhi and New Delhi.
Visit Qutab Minar, Humayun's tomb, Lakshminarayan Temple,
a modern Hindu Temple, Parliament House, Government Secretarial
Building and Connaught place, the shopping centre of New Delhi.
Visit Red Fort, built in 1648 by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan,
Jama Masjid, one of the largest Mosque of India, Raj Ghat
and Shanti Vana, the cremation sites of Mahatama Gandhi and
Jawaharlal Nehru. Also drive past Chandni Chowk, shopping
centre of Old Delhi.

Day 03: Delhi - Agra (By Road 221 km)
This morning after breakfast drive to the "Romantic
city of Taj Mahal" - Agra!.
City tour of Agra.
Visit Taj Mahal (Closed on every Friday) & Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daula.
Afternoon, ride to the massive Agra Fort. The elegant buildings
inside reflect an interesting synthesis of Hindu and Central
Asian architectural styles. The maze of the courtyards, mosques
& private chambers of the fort echo the story of the Mughal
Empire. The Moti Masjid & other magnificent buildings
reflect the skill of the ancient Indian architects. Later
you will visit a marble gallery - the flagship store in Agra
which offers an excellant range of white marble, fashionable
wear & exotic wooden articles, truly a one stop shop!

Day 04: Agra -Fatehpur Sikri- Jaipur (By Road 221 km)
Early morning after breakfast drive to the Beautiful Pink
City- Jaipur.
Popularly known as the Pink City because of the extensive
use of the locally abundant pink plastered stone, painted
in honor of Queen Victoria. Jaipur thrills the soul with its
massive forts, magnificent palaces, exquisite temples and
lush gardens.
En-route Fatehpur Sikri the deserted city built in red sandstone.
It a veritable fairytale city and its "ruins" are
in pristine condition ... also visits the Bulund Darwaza,
the largest gateway in the world. Fatehpur Sikri a must visit
destination.
Upon arrival at Jaipur check into your hotel for an overnight
stay.

Day 05: Jaipur Sightseeing Tour
After breakfast visit Amber Fort. Elephant ride from the
foothills of the Aravallis to the fort entrance.
Amber Fort : At a distance of 11 kms from Jaipur, Amber was
the ancient capital of Jaipur state. Construction of the fort
began in 1592 by Raja Man Singh, the Rajput commander of Akbar's
army and is a super example of Rajput architecture.
Then proceed on a sightseeing tour of City Palace- housing
the Chandra Mahal, Shri Govind Dev Temple and the City Palace
Museum. Jantar Mantar - it will give you much information
about the astronomical instruments that use to work in the
by gone era. Hawa Mahal- you will be bewitched viewing the
ornamental facade of this "Palace of Winds", with
its fine trelliswork, elaborate balconies with 953 niches
and windows.
Evenings at your leisure- freak out in the colorful markets
of Jaipur or relax in your hotel with some recreational activities.

Day 06: Jaipur - Jodhpur (By Road 280 km)
After breakfast drive to Jaipur .Upon arrival in Jodhpur,
check into your hotel. Located at the border of the Thar Desert
the city was once the capital of the Marwar State. The main
attraction of the city Mehrangarh Fort looms on the top of
a rocky hill, at a height of 125m. In the afternoon visit
Mehrangarh Fort (1459 AD), it houses many miniature paintings
& cradle room followed by a visit to Jaswant Thada Memorial
Relax in the hotel and then visit the museum of UMAID BHAWAN
PALACE and the Mehrangarh Fort, situated on a low sandstone
hill, including Moti Mahal and Phool Mahal. Also visit Jaswant
Thada, an imposing marble memorium built in 1899 and the Museum
located in the Umaid Public gardens

Day 07: Jodhpur - Udaipur (By Road 250km)
This morning after breakfast drive to the Lake City-Udaipur.
Visit Ranakpur en route Paying visit to the famous Jain Temple,
is the part of the itinerary. The unique feature of the are
its 200 unique pillars, none of which are alike supporting
its 29 halls embellished with intricate carving and sculptures.
Reach Udaipur and check in at hotel.
The city of Dawn, Udaipur is a lovely land around the azure
lake, hemmed in by the lush hills of the Aravallis. Its fairy-tale
palaces, shimmering blue lakes, temples, gardens and narrow
lanes strewn with stalls, carry the flavor of a heroic past,
epitomizing valor and chivalry. Their reflection in the placid
waters of the Lake Pichhola is an enticing sight.

Day 08: Udaipur Sightseeing Tour
After enjoying the delicious Rajasthani cuisine food proceed
for the sightseeing of the Lake City-Udaipur. Morning first
destination will be the royal City Palace. Here you will marvel
at room's decor with mirrored walls and ivory doors colored
glass windows and inlaid marble balconies and the Peacock
Courtyard.
In the afternoon start your journey for Lake Pichola. Proceed
for evening motor launch cruise on the lake. From the boat
you will be able to view the city of Udaipur as it rises majestically
above the lake in the middle of the Rajasthan desert. Next
visit the Jag Mandir Palace - the other island palace in the
middle of the lake. Spend some time at the Jag Mandir Palace.
Visit the 300-year-old Jagdish Temple and the Royal Cenotaphs
of the Rajput kings.

Day 9: Udaipur - Pushkar (By Road 250km/05hrs)
This morning after breakfast drive to Pushkar. En-route
Ajmer, pay your homage at the holy pilgrim of Muslims- the
Dargah Sharif Tomb of the Sufi saint Khwaja Moinuddin Chisti,
which is equally worshiped by the Hindus and Muslims.
Continue drive to Pushkar and check into your hotel. Relax
for a while and later visit the famous Brahma Temple the only
temple dedicated to Lord Brahma in the world. Blessed with
cultural blends, it is the venue for the famous Pushkar Fair,
with people coming from all over Asia to buy and sell cattle
of breeds from across the world. Visit the Ghats as the city
has beautiful 52 bathing Ghats and 500 temples each having
its own miraculous qualities and powers of healing and with
varied architectural styles.
In the evening visit the Rose Garden of Rajasthan famous for
its rose essence, the Pushkar rose is also exported to the
world.

Day 10: Pushkar - Kishangarh - Delhi (By Road 352km/07
hrs)
Morning drive back to Delhi International airport. Enroute
visit Kishangarh
Kishangarh is on the National Highway 8 in the Center of Rajasthan,
100 Km South West of Jaipur. It is primarily known for its
world famous Miniature Paintings and Handicrafts and for the
largest marble and granite cutting industry in the Country.
Other attractions of the city are the fort of Kishangarh,
Phool Mahal (Palace of the flowers) for the Maharaja's of
Kishangarh. A private residence of the Royal Family of Kishangarh
opens for the discerning traveler. The Palace has lovely views
of centuries old "Gundalao Lake" - is a paradise
to flamingoes, pelicans, wild duck and the sarus (crane).
Reach Delhi airport in the evening to board flight for your
onward destination to back home with sweet and unforgettable
