Day 01 : Cochin
Begin your Tour.
Arrive into Cochin
Welcome to Vardhman's "Best of Kerala"
On arrival in Cochin, you will be met and transferred by Vardhman's
representative to your hotel.
Later proceed on a city tour of Cochin
Visit the Dutch palace, Jewish Synagogue, chinese fishing nets,
St. Francis Church and the Santa Cruz Church. Also visit the
Hill Palace Museum which displays articles of archeological
importance.
Evening attend the Kathakali dance performance Overnight : Hotel
Day 02 : Cochin – Anthirampally Waterfalls-Munnar
This morning drive to Munnar enroute visit Tea plantations
and Anthirampally Waterfalls.
On arrival in Munnar, check in at hotel. Afternoon, Boat ride
in the lake.

Day 03 : Munnar
Today proceed on a city tour of Munnar.

Visit Eravikulam National Park to see rare mountain goats
locally called the Nilgiri Tahr, Old Munnar Town, Dairy Farm
and the Mattupetty Dam. Enjoy the rest of the day on your
own.

Day 04 : Munnar – Thekkedy
On day 4 of your tour, drive to the wildlife sanctuary
at Periyar / Thekkady after breakfast. Thekkady is a wonderful
place to visit during a trip to Kerala. Indeed, tours to Thekkady
are fast gaining popularity with every passing day. Enjoy
an evening game viewing cruise on the Periyar Lake. This will
enable you to have a close look at the park's large variety
of wildlife including elephants, monkeys, deer, wild boar
and birds.

Day 05 : Thekkedy – Kumarakom/Kottayam
Morning have breakfast at the hotel and later check out.
Drive to Kumarakom, a place best known for the honeymooners.
It is a cluster of little islands on the Vembanad Lake. The
lush green vegetation and the climate attract a number of
tourists to this place.
On reaching Kumarakom check in your hotel. Later on move out
for the local tour.
Visit the Kumarakom bird sanctuary, Churches etc.

Day 06 : Kumarakom – Alleppey
Morning after breakfast drive to Alleppey-"The Vience
of East". On arrival check into your deluxe houseboat
to enjoy the 22 hours of backwater cruise to Alleppey. The
House boat will reach Back water resort were you will be staying
previous night This journey is considered to be one of the
best attractions. The house boat is fully furnished with single
and double bedrooms, sundeck, private balcony and a kitchen.
It also comprises a chef, Oarsmen & cabin assistant. The
materials that go into the making are all local and Eco friendly
bamboo poles, coconut fiber ropes, bamboo mats, coir carpets
etc.

Day 07 : Alleppey
The houseboat comes to halt at Allepepy. Disembark the
houseboat after breakfast and transfer to your hotel in Allepepy.
Relax for sometime and afternoon move out for the local tour
of Alleppey.
Visit Alleppey Beach, Kuttanad – the rice bowl of Kerala,
and so on. Later in the evening drive back to the hotel to
stay overnight.

Day 08 : Alleppey – Kovalam
Morning after breakfast at the hotel drive to Kovalam.
Thirty years ago, Kovalam was a hippy idyll, a picture perfect
tropical beach; a traditional fishing village providing fresh
fish, fruits and toddy (coconut beer). Today it is one of
the world famous tourist destinations for Beach lovers. Kovalam
was brought to the public eye by the Maharaja of Travancore.
On arrival transferred to your hotel. Rest of the day is at
leisure to relax on the beach shore.

Day 09 : Kovalam
Morning have breakfast at the hotel and later move out
for a local tour of Kovalam and Trivanduram.
Visit covering Museum complex, Padmanabha Swamy Temple, Science
& Technology museum, Veli tourist village, Aakulam boat
club, Shangmugham Beach etc.
Overnight : Hotel
Day 10 : Kovalam – Trivanduram
After breakfast transfer to the Trivandrum Airport to catch
flight for your onward journey to back home with sweet and unforgettable
memories of "Best of Kerala" escorted by Vardhman
