Day 01: Arrive Kochi
Begin your tour
Arrive into Cochin
Welcome to your "Backwater Tours of Kerala"
On arrival in Cochin, you will be met and transferred by Vardhman's
representative to your hotel.
Late proceed on a city tour of Cochin.
Visit many interesting sites like the Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue,
St. Francis Church and Chinese Fishing nets etc.
OPTIONAL: In the evening enjoy the Kathakali Dance performance.

Day 02: Kochi to Munnar
As part of your Kerala tour, drive to the beautiful hill
station of Munnar after breakfast. You will be also treated
to wonderful views of the Cardamom hills and lush green tea
plantations as you drive to Munnar. Also visit Anthirampally
Water Falls.
Upon arrival in Munnar, check in at a Hotel and relax for the
remaining part of the day. Overnight : Hotel
Day 03: Munnar - Anamudi - Munnar
This morning proceed on a city tour of Munnar
Visit many interesting sites like the Eravikulam National Park,Anamudi
Mattupetty Dam & Dairy Farm, Old Munnar Town and the town
market among others.

Day 04 : Munnar - Periyar ( By Road 110 km in 3 hr. )
On day 4 of your tour, drive to the wildlife sanctuary at
Periyar / Thekkady after breakfast. Enroute visit Idukki Dam.
Thekkady is a wonderful place to visit during a trip to Kerala.
Indeed, tours to Thekkady are fast gaining popularity with every
passing day. Enjoy an evening game viewing cruise on the Periyar
Lake. This will enable you to have a close look at the park's
large variety of wildlife including elephants, monkeys, deer,
wild boar and birds.

Day 05: Periyar
Morning, after breakfast boating through Periyar lake -
Wildlife sanctuary. You can visit the rare species of plants
and animals.
Afternoon visit spice plantations like cardamom, cinnamon, pepper,
coffee, tea estates etc. on your way back to the hotel, you
could stop at the local market and pick up some fragrant spices.

Day 06: Periyar - Kumarakom ( By Road 130 km in 4 hr. )
After breakfast drive to Kottayam. Reach and visit the Bird
Sanctuary. Proceed to the Vembanand Lake. Check into a traditional
houseboat of Kerala Style and go on a leisurely backwater cruise
along the lake on a thatched houseboat. A ride on the houseboat
is a fabulous way to explore the fascinating beauty of the backwaters.

Day 07: House Boat Cruise
Enjoy one more day on the backwaters of Alleppey Backwaters.Breakfast,
lunch and dinner served on board
Overnight: Houseboat
Day 8: Alleppey
The houseboat comes to halt in Alleppey. Disembark the boat
and drive to Alleppey. Check in your hotel. Relax for rest of
the day.

Day 9: Kochi
After breakfast proceed to Kochi. On arrival, check into
your hotel. Later proceed on a city tour of Cochin.
Visit many interesting sites like the Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue,
St. Francis Church and Chinese Fishing nets etc.
OPTIONAL:In the evening enjoy the Kathakali Dance performance.

Day 10: Cochin Departure
After breakfast transfer to Cochin airport to catch flight
