Day 1 : Arrive - Cochin

Arrive into Cochin
Welcome to your "Peaceful South India Tour"
On arrival in Cochin, you will be met and transferred by Vardhman's
representative to your hotel. proceed on a city tour of Cochin.
Visit many interesting sites like the Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue,
St. Francis Church and Chinese Fishing nets etc.
OPTIONAL: In the evening enjoy the Kathakali Dance performance.

Day 2 : Cochin - Thekkady
On day second of your tour, drive to the wildlife sanctuary
at Periyar / Thekkady after breakfast. Thekkady is a wonderful
place to visit during a trip to Kerala. Indeed, tours to Thekkady
are fast gaining popularity with every passing day. Enjoy
an evening game viewing cruise on the Periyar Lake. This will
enable you to have a close look at the park's large variety
of wildlife including elephants, monkeys, deer, wild boar
and birds.

Day 3: Thekkady
Morning, after breakfast boating through Periyar lake
- Wildlife sanctuary. You can visit the rare species of plants
and animals.
Afternoon visit spice plantations like cardamom, cinnamon,
pepper, coffee, tea estates etc. on your way back to the hotel,
you could stop at the local market and pick up some fragrant
spices. Overnight stay at Periyar.

Day 4 : Thekkady - Kumarakom
After breakfast drive to Kottayam. Reach and visit the
Bird Sanctuary. Proceed to the Vembanand Lake. Check into
a traditional houseboat of Kerala Style and go on a leisurely
backwater cruise along the lake on a thatched houseboat. A
ride on the houseboat is a fabulous way to explore the fascinating
beauty of the backwaters.
Overnight: Houseboat
Day 5 : Kumarakom - Cochin
The houseboat comes to halt at Kumarakom. Disembark the boat
and drive to Cochin. Check in your hotel. Relax for rest of
the day.

Day 6 : Depart - Cochin
After breakfast transfer to Cochin airport to catch flight for
your onward journey to back home with sweet and unforgettable
