Day 01: NJP/Bagdogra-Kalimpong
Begin your tour
Land New Jalpaiguri railway station OR Bagdogra airport
Welcome to your "The Enchanting Sights-Sikkim"
Vardhman's representative
will meet & greet you & then drive straight to Kalimpong. Reach Kalimpong
& check into your hotel. Relax for the remaining part of the day.

Day 02: Kalimpong
After breakfast visit Dello hills,
Dr. Graham's Home, Flower Nurseries, Jang-Dong-Palriffo Brang and Durbin Dara
Hills. Relax for the remaining part of the day.

Day 03: Kalimpong-Gangtok
After breakfast leave for Gangtok (85 Kms/03
hours drive). Reach Gangtok & check into your hotel. Explore the place at
your own.

Day 04: Gangtok
On day 4 of
your tour proceed for a half day sightseeing covering Rumtek Monastery, Jhakri
Water Falls, Droul Chorthen, Research Institute of Tibetology, Directorate of
Handicraft & Handloom (Closed on Sunday), Flower Show. Relax for the remaining
part of the day.

Day 05: Gangtok
After
a leisurely breakfast proceed for the excursion to Tshangu Lake - situated at
a height of 12400Ft in 3 hours one way, with an average depth of 50 ft. The cool
water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around.
Later
in the evening drive back to Gangtok for overnight rest in the hotel.

Day 06: Gangtok- Pelling
This morning after breakfast
leave for Pelling (116 Kms/ 05 hours drive). Reach check into your hotel. Explore
the place at your own OR relax for the remaining part of the day.

Day 07: Pelling
After a leisurely breakfast leave for
Yuksom (35 Kms/ 02 hours drive). On the way visit Darap Village, Rimbi Water fall
& Hydro Project, Khecheopalri Lake (6000 Ft), it is one of the sacred Buddhist
mountain lake and it is believed that whatever is wished in front of the lake
comes true. Myth is that when a leaf falls on the placid clear water surface,
it is picked by a bird & Kanchanjunga Water fall. A further drive takes you
to Yuksom (the meeting place of three monks) - the first capital of Sikkim. This
was the place where the first Chogyal (a ruling dynasty in Sikkim) was crowned.
Evening drive back to Pelling for your overnight rest in the hotel.

Day 08: Pelling-Darjeeling
On day 7 of your
tour leave for Darjeeling (125 Kms/05 hours drive). Reach & check into your
hotel.

Day 09: Darjeeling
Early morning
tour to Tiger Hills (8364 Ft / 2550 Mts at around 4 AM) to view sunrise over Kanchendzonga
Peak (subject to clear weather). On way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop.
After breakfast go for a half-day sight seeing of Japanese Temple, Peace pagoda,
Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute
(Closed on Thursday), Tenzing & Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center
(Closed on Sunday) & Tea Estate. Afternoon you will visit Rock Garden &
Ganga Maya Lake.

Day 10: Darjeeling
After
breakfast transfer to Mirik, 5800 Ft 2 Hrs one way. Visit Pashupati Nagar (Indo-Nepal
border) for shopping & Mirik Lake. Evening you will drive back to Darjeeling
for overnight rest.
OPTIONAL ACTIVITY: Enjoy Horse riding & Boat
ride on Mirik Lake

Day 11: Darjeeling-
NJP/Bagdogra
After breakfast transfer to New Jalpaiguri railway station/Bagdogra
airport to catch train/flight for your onward destination with sweet and Pleasant
memories of your tour escorted by Vardhman Vacations.
