Day 1: Cochin
Begin your tour
Land Cochin

Welcome to your "Kerala - Wildlife + Backwater
tour"
Vardhman's representative will meet & greet you & then
will transfer you to your hotel. Freshen up and then proceed on a city tour of
Cochin.
Visit the Dutch palace, Jewish Synagogue, Chinese fishing nets, St.
Francis Church and the Santa Cruz Church. Also visit the Hill Palace Museum which
displays articles of archeological importance.
OPTIONAL Activity:
Attend Kathkali Dance Show in the evening.

Day 2: Cochin - Munnar
This morning drive to Munnar (135 kms/04½
hrs) enroute visit tea plantations. On arrival in Munnar, check in at hotel. Rest
of the day free at your own.

Day 3: Munnar
City tour of Munnar
Visit Eravikulam National Park to see rare mountain
goats locally called the Nilgiri Tahr, Old Munnar Town, Dairy Farm and the Mattupetty
Dam. Enjoy the rest of the day on your own.

4: Munnar - Periyar
Early morning after breakfast drive to Periyar. Upon
arrival at Periyar check into your hotel. Relax for the remaining part of the
day.
Later, in the evening visit Kumily spice market to see and buy spices.

Day 5: Periyar
Full day free to explore
Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary.
OPTIONAL ACTIVITY: You can enjoy Elephant
ride, Jeep Safari, Bamboo rafting and Nature walk at the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary.

Day 6: Alleppey
Morning after breakfast
check out from hotel and check in at the house boat for the direction to Alleppey
enroute sightseeing on the bank of the backwaters. The overnight cruise will take
you through Alleppey Backwaters. Staying in this moving palace is breathtakingly
stimulating experience. While sailing down a maze of canals one sees different
scenes from the villages, paddy fields, coconut palms, fisherman and local life.
Lunch, dinner next day breakfast and tea snacks will be provided in the boat.
The cool breeze from the Lake make you sleep early in the night after anchoring
in a fancy place. Breakfast, lunch and Candle light dinner included.

Houseboat
Day 7: Alleppey-Cochin
The houseboat comes to a
halt at Alleppey. Disembark the houseboat after breakfast and then drive back
to Cochin airport/railway station to catch flight/train for your onward destination
