Welcome to Vardhman's "Tamilnadu Religious tour"
Vardhman's representative will meet & greet you & then will transfer you to your hotel.
Freshen up and then proceed for the sightseeing of the city. Visit Rock Fort Temple, Gangaikonda Cholapuram, Sri Ranganathaswami Temple.

Day 2: Trichy-Udumalaipettai
This morning visit Avadayar Koil, Gunaseelam and Kailasamundaiyar Temple.
Later drive to Udumalaipettai. Reach & check into your hotel for an overnight rest.

Day 3: Udumalaipettai
On day 3 of your tour proceed for the sightseeing of Udumalaipettai.
Waterfalls in Thirumoorthy hills draw quite a number of tourists. It takes half an hour to the falls by trekking from the Thirumoorthy temple. The Thirumoorthy temple is an excellent scenic place with Amanalingeshwarar Thirukkoil at the foot hills. The way atop the hill is pretty exciting up to some 1 km and extremely challenging to go beyond that. It is said if you bend and crawl for about 40 meters beneath a rock behind Panchalingam, you could reach the next layer of Western Ghats, i.e the plain between two adjacent hills and it is said that even tigers exist there.

Day 4: Udumalaipettai- Kodaikanal
This morning after breakfast drive to Kodaikanal. Reach and check into your hotel. Freshen up and then proceed on a city tour of Kodaikanal. Visit Cocker's Walk, Golf Links, Green Valley View, Pillar Rocks, Silver Cascade Falls, Bear Shola Falls & the Lake etc.

Day 5: Kodaikanal- Madurai
This morning you drive to Madurai and transfer to your hotel. Relax for the remaining part of the day.

Day 6: Madurai
City tour of Madurai
Visit the great Meenakshi Temple dedicated to the consort of Lord Shiva with its towering gopurams - (rising high above the surrounding countryside). Later, visit the Tirumala Nayak Palace - a gracious building in the Indo-Saracenic style, famous for the stucco work on its domes and arches.

Day 7: Madurai- Rameshwaram
This morning after breakfast drive to Rameshwaram. Reach and check into your hotel. Later proceed to visit The Ramanatha Swamy Temple, Ramjharoka temple , Kothandaramaswamy Temple.

Day 8: Rameshwaram-Kanyakumari
Early in the morning drive to Kanyakumari. Reach and check into your hotel. Relax for the remaining part of the day.

Day 9: Kanyakumari-Tirunelveli
This morning after breakfast visit the Kanyakumari Temple, Vattakottai - circular fort, Wax museum, Vivekananda rock, Gandhi museum.
Later drive to Tirunelveli and check into your hotel for an overnight rest.

Day 10: Tirunelveli
On day 10 of your tour proceed on a city tour of Tirunelveli.
Visit Kutrallam waterfall, Thiruchendur shore temple, Manappad Holy Cross Church, Kalakadu Wildlife Sanctuary.

Day 11: Tirunelveli-Trivandrum-Coimbatore by train
This morning after breakfast transfer to Trivandrum Central railway station to board Bangalore Express train number 6525 at 1255hrs. Reach Coimbatore junction railway station at 2240hrs.

Day 12: Coimbatore - Ooty
Morning drive to the queen of hill stations, Ooty known for its salubrious climate and scenic beauty. Enroute visit Coonor tea gardens. Reach Ooty & check into your hotel. Relax for the remaining part of the day.

Day 13: Ooty
Full day sightseeing.
Visit Ooty Lake, Botanical Gardens, Dodda Betta, Tea Gardens, Sim's Park and Dolphin's Nose, various film shooting points in Ooty etc.

Day 14: Ooty- Coimbatore-Chennai by train
This morning after breakfast transfer to Coimbatore Junction railway station to board Dhanbad Express train number 6525 at 1205hrs. Reach Chennai Central railway station at 2200hrs.

Day 15: Chennai
Morning visit the Fort St George, Government Museum, Valluvar Kottam, Snake Park, Kapaleeshwarar Temple and Marina Beach.
Later transfer to Chennai airport/railway station to board flight/train for your onward destination with sweet and unforgettable memories of your tour escorted by Vardhman Vacations.
