Day 01: Leh
Begin your
tour
Land Leh airport
Welcome to Vardhman's "Ladakh Highlights Tour"
Vardhman's representative will meet & greet you & then transfer you to
your hotel. Complete day for rest and leisure to acclimatize. In the evening visit
to Leh Market & Shanti Stupa.

Day 02: Leh
- Chumathang - Tsomoriri
On day 2 of your tour drive to Tsomoriri enroute
stop at Chumathang, famous for medical hot spring and people visit to this place
for medical bath. After a short halt drive to Tsomoriri, A beautiful mountain
bounded expanse of water, around 240 Kms. from Leh in Rupsho Valley. The Lake
is located at 14,000 ft. near a small village of Korzok. Reach & check -In
at the Camp.

Day 03: Tsomoriri
In the
morning visit Korzok village with its houses and its gompa appearing like a m
irage. The few barley fields at Korzok must be among the highest cultivation in
the world. In the afternoon visit around the Lake. Overnight: Camp
Day
04: Tsomoriri - Tanglangla -Leh
After a leisurely breakfast check out
from the Camp and proceed towards Tsokar Lake, After visiting the Tsokar Lake
drive towards Leh enroute Stoping at Tanglangla pass, the second highest motorable
pass in the world at 5350 m. Reach Leh & Check- In at the hotel.

Day 05: Leh - Uleytokpo
On day 5 of your tour drive
towards Leh - Kargil highway to Lamayuru enroute visiting Kali Mata Temple, Gurudwara
Patthar Sahib Nestled deep in the Himalayas, which was built by the Lamas of Leh
in 1517 to commemorate the visit of Guru Nanak Dev. A drive of another 4 km took
us to Magnetic Hill which defies the law of gravity. It has been noticed that
when a vehicle is parked on neutral gear on this metallic road the vehicle slides
up & further Driving through a picturesque landscape reached the confluence
of the Indus and Zanskar river 4 km before Nimmu village, and later visit Likir
gompa situated atop a windy cliff top overlooking the beautiful village of Likir.
Basgo is certainly the most impressive of Ladakhi citadels despite its ruined
state. Then drive and cross the River Indus and reach Alchi, Ladakh's most loved
monastery. After visiting above monasteries drive to Uleytokpo & check -In
to your Camp.
Overnight: Camp
Day 06: Uleytokpo - Lamayuru - Leh
This morning after breakfast proceed to visit Lamayuru, Belongs to Dripung
Kagyu (Red Hat) like Phyang. After visiting Lamayuru drive back to Leh enroute
visiting Rizong Gompa, known as the paradise for Meditation. After Ridzong visit
drive back to Leh and check in at our hotel for overnight stay.

Day 07: Leh
This morning transfer to Leh airport to
board flight for your onward destination with sweet and unforgettable memories
of your tour escorted by Vardhman Vacations.
