Day 01: Leh
Begin your tour
Land Leh airport
Welcome to Vardhman's

Vardhman's representative will meet &
greet you & then transfer you to your hotel. Complete day for rest and leisure
to acclimatize. In the evening visit to Leh Market & Shanti Stupa.

Day 02: Leh - Uleytokpo
On day 2 of your tour drive
towards Leh - Kargil highway to Lamayuru enroute visiting Kali Mata Temple, Gurudwara
Patthar Sahib Nestled deep in the Himalayas, this was built by the Lamas of Leh
in 1517 to commemorate the visit of Guru Nanak Dev. A drive of another 4 km took
us to Magnetic Hill which defies the law of gravity. It has been noticed that
when a vehicle is parked on neutral gear on this metallic road the vehicle slides
up & further Driving through a picturesque landscape reached the confluence
of the Indus and Zanskar river 4 km before Nimmu village , and later visit Likir
gompa situated atop a windy cliff top overlooking the beautiful village of Likir.
Basgo is certainly the most impressive of Ladakhi citadels despite its ruined
state. Then drive and cross the River Indus and reach Alchi, Ladakh's most loved
monastery. After visiting above monasteries drive to Uleytokpo. Reach & check
into your Camp.

Day 03: Uleytokpo - Lamayuru -
Leh
On day 3 of your tour drive further to visit Lamayuru, belongs to
Dripung Kagyu (Red Hat) like Phyang. After visiting Lamayuru drive back to Leh
enroute visiting Rizong Gompa, known as the paradise for Meditation. After Ridzong
visit drive back to Leh and check -In at the hotel for overnight rest.

Day 04: Leh - Pangong Lake
After a leisurely breakfast
leave for Pangong Lake enroute visiting Shey Palace, The ancient capital of Ladakh
& Thiksey an impressive complex rising tier upon tier on a hill above the
village and carryon further towards Pangong through Changla pass 5486 Mtrs. Pangong
Lake, situated at 14,000 feet (4,267 m). A long narrow basin of inland drainage,
hardly six to seven kilometer at its widest point and over 130km long, it is bisected
by the international border beten India and China. A few years back the government
decided to open it to tourists though the lake and its surrounding is under a
rmy surveillance.
Enjoy the landscape in the back drop of the Lake. One rarely
feels so close to nature and environment and the scenery is unforgettable.

Day 05: Pangong Lake - Leh
Morning
at leisure to explore the beauty of lake and later drive back to leh enroute visiting
Hemis Gompa, the largest monastic foundation of Drukpa Kagyu Order of Tibetan
Buddhism. Drive further to Leh and check -In at the hotel.

Day 06: Leh - Nubra Valley
After breakfast drive to Nubra Valley
leads through KHARDUNG-LA-PASS (the highest motorable road in the world) at 18,390
ft, around 39kms from Leh. Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldorma or the valley
of flors. It is situated to the North of Ladakh beten the Karakoram and Ladakh
ranges of the Himalayas.
Reach Sumur or Hunder by afternoon and rest
of the day at leisure to explore beautiful village of Sumur & Hunder with
a Visit to Diskit Monastery.

Day 07: Nubra Valley
- Leh
On day 7 of your tour visit the Sand Dunes to enjoy a camel safari
(at your own cost). Later drive to Leh by same route over Khardung La. Afternoon
rest and relax or take a walk to the local market.

Day 08: Leh - Chumathang - Tsomoriri (240 kms)
This morning after breakfast
drive to Tsomoriri enroute stop at Chumathang, famous for medical hot spring and
people visit to this place for medical bath. After a short halt drive to Tsomoriri,
A beautiful mountain bounded expanse of water, around 240 Kms. from Leh in Rupsho
Valley. The Lake is located at 14,000 ft. near a small village of Korzok. Upon
arrival check -In at the camp for overnight stay.

Day 09: Tsomoriri - Tanglangla -Leh
After a leisurely breakfast proceed
towards Tsokar Lake, After visiting the Tsokar Lake drive towards Leh enroute
Stoping at Tanglangla pass, the second highest motorable pass in the world at
5350 m.
Overnight: Hotel
Day 10: Leh
This morning transfer
to Leh airport to board flight for your onward destination with sweet and unforgettable
memories of your tour escorted by Vardhman Vacations.
