02: Delhi - Corbett Morning drive to Corbett National Park. On the way
stop at Ramnagar and look for the fabulous IBISBILL amongst the riverside boulders.
Upon arrival, check into your hotel. Later proceed for an afternoon
to KOSI riverbanks. Rest of the day at leisure.Jim Corbett National Park used
to be just another Himalayan forest until in 1936 it was demarcated as a reserve
area by the British Government. Jim Corbett Park is spread over 520 sq kms and
is covered with huge stretches of Savannah type grasslands and Sal forests. In
1957 this place was renamed as Jim Corbett National Park from Hailey national
Park. It was declared as an almost exclusive Tiger Reserve on 1st April 1973 with
the help of World Wildlife Fund. Since the place is situated on the lower Himalayan
belt of vegetation, it is an eco-tourism spot too. Overnight: Hotel

Overnight: Hotel Day 06: Corbett National Park - Nainital On
the day 6 of your tour drive to Nainital. Nainital, also known as the Lake District
of Uttarakhand, is an absolutely beautiful and tranquil hill station situated
amongst the seven hills. It is one of the most popular hill stations in North
India. Reach by late afternoon and check into your pre-booked hotel. Relax
for the remaining part of the day. Overnight: Hotel Day 07: Nainital
This morning after a leisurely breakfast proceed to visit nearby places of
toursit interset. Sat Tal Sat Tal is located at around 23 kms from Nainital.
It is by all accounts an unforgettable spot with its huge and ancient Oak trees
amidst the group of lakes. It is often compared to the Westmoreland area of England.
Bhimtal Bhimtal is located about 22 kms from Nainital and 11 Kms. from
Bhowali. One can see the 17th Century Bhimeshwar temple, the 40 ft high dam and
the boat in the Bhimtal Lake. Naukuchiya Tal Naukuchiya Tal is an
appealing cavernous spotless lake situated 26 kms from Nainital. The dimensions
of the lake are 983 m (length), 693 m (breadth) and 40.3 m (depth) providing sufficient
possibilities for rowing, paddling or yachting.Naina Devi Temple Naina
Devi is considered to be one of the most revered Hindu temples in India. It is
situated on the northern shore of Naini Lake, in the Nainital district of Uttarakhand.
Naini Lake Naini Lake is a natural freshwater lake, of tectonic origin,
located amidst Nainital city of Uttarakhand. It is lunar-shaped and has an outlet
at the southeastern endSnow View Snow View is one of the most popular tourist
attractions of Naintal. It is situated on top of Sherkhanda ridge, at an altitude
of 7,448 feet (2,270 meters) above sea level.Overnight: Hotel Day
08: Nainital - Mukteshwar This morning after breakfast transfer to Mukteshwar.
It is beautiful place located at an altitude 2, 286 m and approximately 51 kms
away from Nainital. It is surrounded by fruit orchards and thick coniferous forest
and an excellent picnic spot. Check into your hotel upon arrival. Enjoy some
beautiful birding for the rest of the day. Overnight: Hotel Day 09:
Mukteshwar - Delhi This morning after a lesiurely breakfast drive back
to Delhi. Reach Delhi by the evening and check into your hotel for an overnight
stay.Overnight: Hotel Day 10: Delhi - Ranthambhore On the day
10 of your tour transfer to New Delhi railway station to board train to SAWAI
MADHOPUR. Upon arrival at the railway station you will be transferred to your
hotel by our representative. Ranthambore National Park is approximately 11 km
from Sawai Madhopur. Once a princely game preserve, Ranthambore is the best place
to get a glimpse of the Tiger. The geography of the park ranges from gentle and
steep slopes of the Vindhyas to sharp and conical hills of the Aravalli. Evening
free to visit Ranthamnhore National Park.Overnight: Hotel Day 11: Ranthambhore
Full day free to visit Ranthambhore WIldlife Sanctuary. Enjoy the TIGER SAFARIS
& BIRDING inside the jungle. The sanctuary has river Chambal in the south
and river Banas in the north bordering it. Dry deciduous forest, open grassy paddock,
several lakes and rivers that make up the park can be passed through only by the
roads built by the Forest department. Another dominating feature of the Tiger
Reserve is the Ranthambore Fort, dating back to the 10th century. There are three
big lakes in the sanctuary, the Padam Talab (Lake), Malik Talab and Raj Bagh.
Apart from the tiger, the main attraction of the Ranthambore National Park tour,
the park is also rich in other wildlife. Other wild life in the reserve include
Leopard, Caracal, Hyena, Jackal, Jungle cat, Marsh crocodiles, Wild boar, Bears
Deer, etc. Ranthambore in Rajasthan, India also houses a wide variety of birds,
both resident as well as migratory. Approximately 272 species of birds have been
observed in the park. Overnight: Hotel Day 12: Ranthambhore - Bharatpur
After breakfast at hotel proceed to Bharatpur. Proceed on RICKSHAW for viewing
the birds. Return to the hotel in the evening and relax for the remaning part
of the day. Bharat Pur Wildlife Sanctuary: Originally a duck shooting preserve
of Maharaja Suraj Mull of Bharatpur, the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary of Rajasthan
was declared a national park in 1982. Later, in 1985, it was listed as a World
Heritage site by Unesco. At present, the Rajasthan Keoladeo Ghana National Park
serves as one of the chief breeding and feed grounds for the birds around the
world. The Bharat Pur Wildlife Sanctuary, of Rajasthan, houses approximately 300
species of birds. Amongst them, the most prominent ones are Painted Storks, Open
and Spoon Bills, Egrets, Cormorants, White Ibis, Jacanas, While Harriers, Fishing
Eagles, Pied Kingfisher, etc. However, the most awaited species of birds is the
Siberian Crane. Apart from Iran, India is the only place where this bird migrates
in winter. Bharatpur sanctuary remains open throughout the year from
sunrise to sunset. Overnight: Hotel Day 13: Bharatpur - Agra
Early morning you can enjoy RICKSHAW RIDE (at your own cost) at the Bird Park.
After breakfast at hotel drive to Agra. Reach Agra and check into your hotel.
Overnight: Hotel Day 14: Agra - Umaria (Bandhavgarh) Early in
the morning visit Taj Mahal (Closed on Every Friday) during Sunrise. Return to
the hotel for breakfast and then proceed on a city tour.Visit Red fort & Tomb
of Itmad-ud-Daula. Later you will visit a marble gallery - the flagship store
in Agra which offers an excellant range of white marble, fashionable wear &
exotic wooden articles, truly a one stop shop.Later in the evening transfer to
Agra Railway station to catch overnight train for Umaria.Overnight: Train Day
15: Arrive at Bandhavgarh Reach UMARIA railway station in the morning.
You will be met and transfer to Bandhavgarh by our representative. Reach Bandhavgarh
and enjoy your breakfast. Relax for a while and later enjoy a full day of birding
inside the jungle. Bandhavgarh National Park: It is one of the most exotic wildlife
destinations in India. An erstwhile game reserve of the royal family of Rewa,
Bandhavgarh got recognition as a wildlife park in 1968, when the Maharaja of Rewa
bequeathed the park to the Government. Initially the park stretched to 105.40-sq-kms
in area, with 25 resident tigers forming its prime attraction. Visiting Bandhavgarh
and trailing tigers on Elephant Safari or cutting through the jungle tracks in
a jeep (Jeep Safari) promises to give you one of the best wildlife experiences
in the stateOvernight: Hotel Day 16: Bandhavgarh Enjoy birding
inside the jungle and on the periphery. Then take a trip to the Bandhavgarh Fort.Bandhavgarh
Fort:The Bandhavgarh Fort is situated in Bandhavgarh in Umaria district of Madhya
Pradesh. It is located on the Bandhavgarh hill, rising 811 meters above sea level
at the centre of the Bandhavgarh National Park. It is a surrounded by a large
number of smaller hills separated by gently sloping valleys. These valleys end
in small, swampy meadows, locally known as 'bohera'. Overnight: Hotel Day
17: Bandhavgarh - Kanha After breakfast drive to Kanha. Reach in the afternoon
and relax at the hotel. Kanha National Park: A land that inspired Rudyard Kipling
to write his classic novel 'Jungle Book', the forested areas of Kanha, with their
wild thickets of sal and bamboo forests, rolling meadows and dramatic ravines,
are home to the Kanha National Park. The Created in 1955, the national park is
today the core area of the Kanha Tiger Reserve, which came into being in 1974,
under Project Tiger. The Banjar and the Halon valley form the two halves constituting
the vast stretches of land that is the Kanha Tiger Reserve. Overnight: Hotel Day
18: Kanha Enjoy a full day game viewing inside the jungle. Overnight:
Hotel Day 19: Kanha - Jabalpur - Delhi Proceed for the morning safari
and birding into forest. Later in the afternoon drive to Jabalpur railway
station to catch overnight train for Delhi. Overnight: Train Day
20: Delhi Arrive Delhi railway station in the morning and you will be
transferred to your hotel by our representative for freshen-up. Later proceed
to visit SULTANPUR BIRD SANCTUARY for some afternoon birding. Sultanpur National
Park: It lies approximately 46 km to the southwest of Delhi. The national park
is famous for its greenery, rich variety of bird species and a splendid lake.
The area around Sultanpur Lake, near Delhi, was declared a water-bird reserve
in the year 1972. Beautiful lawns, trees, shrubs and bougainvilleas dot the landscape
of the park. There is also a small museum and library in the reserve that will
familiarize you with the various birds and other creatures that you will come
across while in it. In the evening transfer to Delhi International airport
to board flight for your onward destionation with sweet and unforgettable memoris
