Day 01 : Arrive Delhi
Begin your tour. Arrive in Delhi .Welcome to Vardhman's 'Buddhist Site
in India & Nepal"! On arrival in Delhi , you will be met and
transferred by Vardhman's representative to your hotel. Relax for the
remaining part of the day.Overnight:Hotel
Day 02 : Delhi
This morning after a leisurely breakfast proceed for the sightseeing
of Delhi.Combined city tour of New & Old DelhiVisit Qutab Minar, Humayun's
tomb, Lakshminarayan Temple, a modern Hindu Temple, Parliament House,
Government Secretarial Building and Connaught place, the shopping centre
of New Delhi.Visit Red Fort, built in 1648 by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan,
Jama Masjid, one of the largest Mosque of India, Raj Ghat and Shanti Vana,
the cremation sites of Mahatama Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru. Also drive
past Chandni Chowk, shopping centre of Old Delhi. Optional: Dances of
India or explore the market & shop for special bargains! Overnight

Day 03 : Delhi - Varanasi
This morning after breakfast transfer to the airport to board flight
for Varanasi. Arrive Varanasi airport and you will transfered to your
hotel by our representative . Relax for a while and later visit Sarnath.Half-day
tour of Sarnath, the buried Buddhist city where Lord Buddha gave his
first sermon, Sarnath was a renewed school of learning from 6th Century
B.C. to 12th Century A.D. Visit the ruins, the stupa, the Buddhist Temple
and the Museum.Overnight : Hotel
Day 04 : Varanasi
Early morning you can enjoy Boat Cruise (at your own cost) on River
Ganges
Early morning boat excursion on the holy river Ganges to see the bathing
ghats and cremation site, sunrise above the river, aarti… Watching
people bathing and worshipping at the ghats is one of the most extraordinary
experiences of a visit to India. After breakfast at the hotel proceed
on a city tour of Varanasi.Visit the Bharat Mata Temple with a big relief
map of India in Marble, Durga Temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir, Banaras Hindu
University, which has an art gallery and the mosque of Moghul Emperor
Aurangazeb, built on the site of an ancient Hindu Temple. A walk through
the old centre ("golden" temple, ghats), Bharat mata temple,
Kashi Viswanath temple.Overnight : Hotel
Day 05 : Varanasi - Bodhgaya
Morning proceed for Bodhgaya. It is the place where Gautama Buddha
attained unsurpassed, supreme Enlightenment. On arrival check into hotel.
Rest of the day is free. Overnight : Hotel
Day 06 : Bodhgaya
City tour of Bodhgaya.Visit Maha Bodhi Temple, Bodhi Tree, Chinese
Temple, Niranjana River and Sujata Temple. Also visit the school of
the destitute.Overnight : Hotel
Day 07 : Bodhgaya - Nalanda - Rajgir - Patna
Early morning proceed to visit the historical towns of Nalanda &
Rajgir.
Nalanda was the most renowned university in ancient India. Established
in the 5th century B.C. it remained a live center of learning till the
12th century A.D. Rajgir was the lifetime of the Buddha and was the
capital of the powerful Magadhan kingdom, ruled by the virtuous King
Bimbisara.Later in the afternoon drive to Patna. Upon arrival, check
into your hotel for an overnight stay.Overnight : Hotel
Day 08 : Patna - Vaishali - Kushinagar
Morning leave Patna for Kushinagar. En-route visit Vaishali - located
60 kms from Patna and holds special significance for Buddhist devotees.
Upon arrival in Kushinagar, check intoyour hotel. Kushinagar is the
place where Buddha passed into Maha-Parinirvana.

Day 09 : Kushinagar: - Sravasti
Morning visit Kushinagar various stupas and temples. Kushinagar
is the Place where Buddha entered perfect tranquility - the state of
Mahaparinirvana.Later drive to Sravasti. Check into your hotel upon
arrival. Relax for the remaining part of the day.Overnight : Hotel
Day 10 : Sravasti - Lumbini
Morning visit Sahet Mahet (Capital of ancient kingdom of Kosla,
Jetawana Gardens Buddhist temples etc. Afternoon drive Lumbini.Lumbini
is the place where enlighted Gautam Buddha was born.
On arrival transfer to hotel. Evening visit Buddhist temples for prayer.

Day 11 : Lumbini - Kathmandu
Morning visit Buddhist temple & stupas. Transfer to airport
to connect flight for Kathmandu. Afternoon tour of Katmandu City - Durbar
Square complex of palaces, courtyards and temples, built between the
12th and 18th centuries, used to be the seat of the ancient Malla kings
of Katmandu(Nepal).

Day 12 : Katmandu
Morning visit the Swoyambhunath Stupa - watches over the valley
from the top of a hillock on its western side. The stupa is one of the
holiest Buddhist sites in Nepal and its establishment is linked to the
Katmandu Valley out of a primordial lake.
Afternoon visit Patan City - Like its counterpart in Kathmandu, is an
enchanting melange of palace buildings, artistic courtyards and former
Royal palace complex is the center of Patan's religious and social life,
and houses a museum containing an array of bronze status and religious
objects. One remarkable monument here is a 16th century temple dedicated
to the Hindu go Krishna, built entirely of stone

Day 13 : Kathmandu
Morning visit Bhaktapur. The main tourist attractions are The lion
gate and The Golden gate. Evening transfer to international airport
to board the flight for your onward journey to back home with sweet
