Mangi-Tungi is a prominent twin-pinnacled peak with plateau in between, located near Tahrabad about 125 km from Nasik, Maharashtra, India. Mangi is at a height of 4343 feet in western pinnacle and Tungi is 4366 feet above the sea level in eastern. It enshrines images of Tirthankaras in several postures including Padmasana and kayotsarga. There are numerous caves named after great Tirthankaras such as Mahavira, Rishabhanatha, Shantinatha and Parshvanatha. There are many inscriptions on idols, most of them are not clear due to deterioration with time. Many idol installed in V.S. 651 are here. Many inscriptions on rocks of the Adinatha and Shantinatha caves here are in Sanskrit Language. The tourists find many huge idols in the open also. Krishna Kunda is close to the Tungi peak. It is believed that Lord Krishna was cremated from here. Other caves also house the idols of Lord Rama & his dear & near ones.
Transfer to Railway Station at your own to board the train

Arrive Surat and drive to Mahuva (50 Kms). Visit Parasnath
Digamber Jain Temple and proceed to Mangi Tungi (160 Kms).

Alter Lunch drive to Ellora caves (175 Kms). Visit the
caves and proceed to Aurangabad (50 Kms). Overnight at
Aurangabad.
Overnight: Aurangabad
After breakfast at the hotel proceed to Kachner Jain
Temple (50 Kms). Proceed to Paithan (60 Kms).
After visiting Paithan proceed to Shani Singnapur (75
Kms).
Shani Singnapur to Shirdi (75 Kms)
Shirdi to Nasik (90 Kms)
Overnight: Nasik
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to visit Gajpantha
(25 Kms)
Gajpantha to Anjaneri Ancient Temple (55 Kms)
Leave Anjaneri at around 12 Noon to reach Surat (270
Kms).
Transfer to Railway Station to board train at around 1900
hrs.
