Arrive into Cochin
Welcome to Vardhman's "South India Ayurveda Tour"!
On arrival in Cochin, you will be met and transferred directly to Periyar by Vardhman's representative.
Upon arrival check into your Ayurvedic Resort/Hotel.
Relax for a while and later the resident "Vaidya" (Ayurveda Doctor) for consultation.
As the first day in the tour for Ayurveda of Kerala, the consultation helps you analyze your body conditions depends upon the three factors i.e, Vatha, Kappa and Pitha.

Day 2 to 8 Ayurvedic Treatments Therapy at Spice Village

Seven Nights Rejuvenation Ayurvedic Therapy - This Ayurvedic treatments gets you a consultation with the resident doctor and after consultation, plans your programme and will also suggest your diet and the therapy commences in right earnest.
Please remember that during this period you should not exert yourself and for best result no alcohol, no tobacco and strict vegetarian diet. The therapy involves various herbal massages, steam baths and yoga.
If you follow all the directions of the "VAIDYA", we can assure you that you will come out totally relaxed and a great feeling of wellness.

Day 9 Periyar

After getting the divine experience from the Kerala Ayurvedic Tours and once the Rejuvenation Therapy is over now it is the best time to relax and allow your body to re-adjust after one week of massage.
Today you will feel yourself entirely relaxed , hazzle free and the tensions are being removed as if wiped out by a clean cloth.

Day 10 Periyar - Cochin

On your last day at Periyar visit Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Enjoy a morning boat ride on the Periyar Lake extends a lifetime's chance to spot exotic wildlife in its natural habitat. Like the eccentric bathing habits of the wild elephants that come down to the lake.
Later in the afternoon drive to Cochin.
Upon arrival, check into your hotel.
Relax for the remaining part of the day.
Cochin - the palmgreen commercial town of Kerala has one of the finest natural harbours in the world.

Day 11 Cochin

Morning after a leisurely breakfast proceed on a city tour of Cochin.
Visit the Dutch Palace, the Jewish Synagogue, the Church of St. Francis, the Bolghatty Palace & the famous Chinese fishing nets.

Later in the evening transfer to Cochin airport/railway station to board flight for your onward journey to back home with sweet and unforgettable memories of "South India Ayurveda Tour" escorted by Vardhman Vacations.
