Day 1 Arrive Chennai (Madras)
Begin your Tour.
Arrive into Chennai. Welcome to 'Vardhman's South India Ayurveda Tour'. On arrival in Chennai, you will be met and transfered by our representative to your hotel.Relax for some time later proceed on a city tour of Chennai.
Visit Marina Beach, Museum and Kapaleeshwar Temple etc.

Day 2 Chennai -Kanchipuram-Chennai
Full day excursion to Kanchipuram Temples.

Day 3 Chennai - Mahabalipuram
This morning after breakfast drive to Mahabalipura. On arrival, check into your hotel.
Mahabalipuram is (75Kms from Kanchipuram) famous for the 7th Century Temples. Here on the seashore is an interesting group of ancient rock hewn temples which are the examples of Dravidian style of Architecture
Afternoon including Sea shore temple.

Day 4 Mahabalipuram
Rest of the day free to relax on beach.

Day 5 Mahabalipuram - Thanjavur
This morning drive to Thanjavur. Upon arrival, check into your hotel.
Afternoon city tour covering visit the 9th century Chola Temple of Brihadeeswara at Tanjore. This temple, dating back to more than a thousand years, was built during the reign of the Chola king, Parantaka II, also known as Sundara Chola (956-973 A.D.), father of Rajaraja Chola I, who constructed the famous Brihadeeswara temple in Thanjavur. This temple was probably rebuilt of stone during the reign of Kulottunga Chola I.

Day 17 - 23 Ayurvedic treatments
It is a process of purifying the whole body to attain proper balance of vatha, pitha and kapha based on the panchkarma and swethakarma treatment. The 15 days package process include body massage, snehapanam, nasyam, virechanam(medicated purgative), snehavasthi, dhara, pizhichil, njavarakizhi, karnapooranam, tharpanam, sirovasthi, steam bath, Herbal drinks and internal herbal medicines.
