Day 1 Chennai
Begin your tour.
Arrive into Chennai .
Welcome to Vardhman's 'Yoga Meditation Tour'! On arrival in Chennai, you will be met and transferred by our representative to your hotel.
Afternoon city tour of Chennai
Visit the Museum to see the Art and Bronze Gallery. Drive through the Flower and Fruit market, High court, Fort museum, Marina Beach, Santhome Cathedral and snake park.
Overnight: Hotel
Day 2 Chennai
After breakfast full day excursion to Mahabalipuram and Kanchipuram.
Overnight: Hotel
Day 3 Chennai - Trichy
After breakfast leave by car for Trichy.
On arrival transfer at the Hotel
Afternoon city tour of Trichy.
Overnight: Hotel
Day 4 Trichy-Tanjore-Trichy
After breakfast full day excursion to Tanjore.
Tanjore has a number of important places that attract the attention of many tourists all through the year. You can see the influence of history, religion and nature in all the places of attraction here. Tanjore is primarily a place for the art lovers, especially for those who love temple architecture and wonder about kings who erected these magnificent monuments. During their reign, the Cholas made significant contribution to the various fields of art and architecture. The famous Thanjavur style of painting was developed by Serfoji, the 19th-century Maharaja of Thanjavur. This distinguished art of Thanjavur is a combination of raised and painted surfaces. Krishna is the deity depicted here keeping his complexion as white, rather than the traditional blue. The Brihadeeswara temple, the wonderful Palace, Art Gallery and the Saraswati Mahal Library are some of the other things to see in Tanjore.
Later drive back to Trichy for goodnight' rest.

Day 5 Trichy- Madurai drive
After breakfast leave by road for Madurai. On arrival checkin at the Hotel .
City tour of Madurai
Half day sightseeing tour visiting the great Meenakshi Temple dedicated to the consort of Lord Shiva with its towering gopurams - (rising high above the surrounding countryside).
Later, visit the Tirumala Nayak Palace - a gracious building in the Indo-Saracenic style, famous for the stucco work on its domes and arches.

Day 6 Madurai- Periyar
This morning you drive to Periyar and transfer to hotel.
Boat cruise on the lake of the famous Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary.
Periyar-an ariticial lake or reservoir created by a dam on Periyar River is in the heart of the Wildlife sanctuary. Wild Elephants, Asiatic Deer, Black Buck and even tigers come to shores of the lake to drink.
Return to hotel for breakfast.
Thereafter drive through the winding "Ghats" kind with prosperous tea plantations & then arrive the fascinating countryside of low-lying palms and paddy field to Kumarakom.
Kumarakom is a beautiful backwater willage on the shores of the enchanting Vembanad Lake, crises crossed with meandering waterways and ancient cottages.
Overnight: Hotel
Day 7 Periyar - Kumarakom
Breakfast at the hotel.
Later leave by car for Kumarakum.
Evening boat ride on the back waters at your own.
Overnight: Hotel
Day 9 Kumarakom
Boat cruise on Backwaters
Boat cruise on the backwaters, which gives an opportunity to behold the great charm of this city that nature has endowed upon it.
Overnight: Houseboat
Day 10 Kumarakom-Cochin
After breakfast on board the houseboat, we drive to Cochin and transfer to hotel.
Rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight: Hotel
Day 11 Cochin
City tour of Cochin
Visit the Dutch palace, Jewish Synagogue, chinese fishing nets, St. Francis Church and the Santa Cruz Church.
Also visit the Hill Palace Museum which displays articles of archeological importance.
Overnight: Hotel
Day 12 Cochin-Marari Beach
After breakfast transfer to Marari Beach and transfer to hotel.
Rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight: Hotel
Day 13 Marari Beach
Full day at the beach and the ayurvedic health center.

Full day at the beach and the ayurvedic health center.

Day 15 Marari Beach- Cochin
After breakfast transfer to Cochin airport for your onward flight.
