This tour blends local cuisine with cultural immersion, allowing you to experience both the rich history and the vibrant food traditions of the region. During the journey, you will explore New Delhi, Jodhpur, Pushkar, Jaipur, and Agra—each renowned not only for their majestic monuments and architectural wonders but also for their distinctive culinary offerings.
From the tangy and spicy flavors of Delhi and Rajasthan to the soulful rural recipes, you’ll savor signature dishes at every stop. Along with food tastings, the tour will give you a closer look into the lifestyle, culture, and traditions of local communities.
Upon your arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative and escorted to your hotel. The drive offers a first glimpse of Delhi’s vibrant lifestyle and bustling cityscape.
After reaching the hotel, complete the check-in formalities (available from 12:00 PM onwards) and spend the rest of the day at leisure. You may choose to relax and recover from your journey or step out for a short orientation walk near the hotel to get a feel of the local surroundings.
In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner featuring local Delhi flavors, introducing you to the cuisine that defines Northern India.

After an early breakfast (around 8:30 AM), you’ll be picked up from your hotel and escorted to the Delhi Metro station. A short ride (approx. 20–25 minutes) takes you to Old Delhi, the heart of the city’s culinary and cultural heritage.
Your full-day Delhi Food Trail begins with a guided walk through narrow medieval lanes, bustling bazaars, and hidden local eateries. During this unforgettable experience, you will visit around 10 authentic food stops, enjoying 16–18 iconic Indian delicacies such as:
You will also explore the historic Spice Market (Khari Baoli), Asia’s largest wholesale spice hub. Here, your local expert will explain the origins, uses, and Ayurvedic benefits of popular Indian spices.
A meaningful visit is made to a local temple community kitchen (Langar Hall) where over 10,000 people are fed daily, showcasing the spirit of Indian hospitality and charity.
Evening:
After the tour, you’ll transfer to the railway station to board a superfast overnight train to Jodhpur. Experience the charm of Indian rail travel as you journey across the desert plains of Rajasthan.

Upon arrival at Jodhpur Railway Station, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. After check-in (available from 12:00 PM, subject to room availability) and some time to freshen up, your exploration of Jodhpur begins.
Morning – Visit to Mehrangarh Fort
Start your day with a visit to the majestic Mehrangarh Fort, built in 1459 by Rao Jodha, founder of Jodhpur. One of the largest forts in India, it offers spectacular panoramic views of the Old City, famously dotted with vibrant indigo-blue houses, giving Jodhpur its nickname – “The Blue City”. Explore the palace complexes, museum galleries, and battlements that narrate stories of Rajput valor.
Visit to Jaswant Thada
Next, proceed to the serene Jaswant Thada, a beautiful marble cenotaph built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. Often called the “Taj Mahal of Marwar”, its intricate carvings and peaceful lakeside setting make it a perfect retreat from the bustling city.
Afternoon – Authentic Rajasthani Cooking Class
Later in the afternoon, immerse yourself in Rajasthan’s culinary traditions with a hands-on cooking class. Under the guidance of a local chef, you’ll learn to prepare signature dishes such as:

Begin your day early with an exciting bicycle tour through the charming lanes of Jodhpur, known as the “Blue City.” As the sun rises, pedal past rows of blue-painted havelis, ancient city walls, tranquil lakes, and scenic viewpoints near the fort. This refreshing ride offers insight into local life as the city slowly comes to life—shopkeepers opening their stalls, temples beginning morning prayers, and locals starting their day.
After completing the tour, return to your hotel for breakfast and a short refreshment break. Later, you’ll drive to Pushkar, a sacred town nestled around a tranquil lake.
Afternoon – Arrival & Spiritual Experience in Pushkar
Upon reaching Pushkar, check-in at the hotel and proceed to explore the town known for its over 400 temples and holy sites. Participate in a traditional Pooja ceremony at Pushkar Lake, considered one of the most sacred sites for Hindus.
Visit the Brahma Temple, one of the very few temples in the world dedicated to Lord Brahma – the Creator. The temple’s spiritual atmosphere and mythological significance make it a key highlight.
Those interested can trek or take the cable car (optional) to Savitri Temple, located atop a hill. From here, enjoy panoramic views of Pushkar town, the lake, and the Aravalli hills, especially beautiful at sunset.

After enjoying a relaxed breakfast, begin your morning with a visit to Pushkar Lake, one of the most sacred pilgrimage sites in India. The lake features 52 ghats (stone steps) where Hindu devotees perform ritual bathing and prayer ceremonies, believed to cleanse the soul. Absorb the spiritual atmosphere while learning about the religious significance of Pushkar in Hindu mythology.
Later, depart by road to Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan and popularly known as the “Pink City.” Upon arrival, complete the hotel check-in formalities and take some time to refresh.

After the aarti, proceed to the wholesale flower market near Hawa Mahal, where traders gather at dawn with sacks full of fresh roses, marigolds, and jasmine. Witness this vibrant local trade, offering wonderful photographic opportunities.
To complete the morning local experience, enjoy a 10–15 minute tea break at a traditional chaiwalla on Chaura Raasta, savoring cardamom-flavored chai served in a clay cup (kulhad)—an authentic Jaipur specialty.
