Vardhman Vacations and its associated suppliers shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance of services arising from acts of war, sabotage, embargo, terrorism, riot or civil commotion, transportation failure, acts of government or courts, acts of God, fire, explosion, flood, earthquake, strike, pandemic, epidemic, quarantine restrictions, or any other cause beyond reasonable control. Both parties shall use their best efforts to overcome the effects of any such event, and normal terms shall resume once the cause of the Force Majeure ceases. A Force Majeure event does not relieve either party of obligations accrued prior to its occurrence.


Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of this agreement, or any subsequent agreement, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.
