Tirtha Yatra India Tour

The Tirtha Yatra India Tour is a spiritual pilgrimage designed for devotees and travelers who wish to explore the sacred sites of Hinduism across North India. The journey takes you through historic cities, holy temples, and scenic locations, blending devotion, culture, and history into an enriching experience.

The tour begins in Delhi, where you arrive and spend a day at leisure to recover from your journey. From there, you travel to Mathura and Vrindavan, exploring the birthplace of Lord Krishna, visiting Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi, the Yamuna River, and participating in devotional activities such as Krishna Lila. The same day, you proceed to Agra, home to the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and the historic city of Fatehpur Sikri, offering a glimpse into India’s rich Mughal heritage.

Next, the journey continues to Haridwar, a sacred city on the banks of the Ganges River, where you visit Daksh Mahadev Temple and witness the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. From Haridwar, the tour proceeds to Rishikesh, known as the “World Capital of Yoga,” where you visit Mansa Devi Temple, Laxman Jhoola, Ram Jhoola, and the ancient Rishikund Pond.

The spiritual journey extends to Kurukshetra, a historic city associated with the Mahabharata war. Key sites include Jyotisar, Brahma Sarovar, Lake Drupadi, and Bhisma Kund, offering profound insights into India’s epic past.

Returning to Delhi, the tour includes a full day city tour, visiting iconic landmarks such as Qutub Minar, Red Fort, Purana Qila, India Gate, and driving past the President House and Parliament House. Shopping at Connaught Place, Dilli Haat, and Janpath allows participants to collect souvenirs and handicrafts.

The tour concludes with a transfer to Delhi Airport for your flight back to home enriched with spiritual experiences and memories of a sacred journey across India.

Day 1 Arrival in Delhi

Arrive at Delhi Airport or Railway Station. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. Spend some time relaxing and refreshing after your journey. In the evening, you can explore nearby local markets or enjoy the hotel facilities.

Day 2 Delhi – Mathura – Vrindavan – Agra

After breakfast, drive to Mathura, the birthplace of Lord Krishna. Visit Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi, the sacred site where Krishna was born.

Next, continue to Vrindavan, situated on the banks of the holy Yamuna River. Explore the vibrant spiritual sites, including Krishna Lila and the Hutan Tulasi, traveling around via auto rickshaw.

In the evening, proceed to Agra and check in to your hotel. Overnight stay in Agra.

Day 3 Agra – Delhi

After breakfast, visit the magnificent Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World.

Later, explore Agra Fort and the historic city of Fatehpur Sikri, which showcase Mughal architecture and history.

Day 4 Delhi – Haridwar

After breakfast, begin the journey to Haridwar, a sacred city at the foothills of the Himalayas along the Ganges River.

Visit the Daksh Mahadev Temple and offer prayers at the holy site.

In the evening, attend the Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri, a mesmerizing ritual where devotees honor the river Ganga with lamps and prayers.

After the ceremonies, check in to your hotel in Haridwar. Overnight stay in Haridwar.

Day 5 Haridwar – Rishikesh

After breakfast, take the cable car to Mansa Devi Temple, situated atop a hill and home to the sacred Bodhi Wish Tree.

Continue to Rishikesh, known as the “World Capital of Yoga,” where you can enjoy the serene backdrop of the Himalayan mountains and the Ganges River.

Walk across the Laxman Jhoola suspension bridge and proceed to Ram Jhoola and Rishikund, an ancient sacred pond associated with legends of Goddess Yamuna and Lord Rama.

After the spiritual visit, return to Haridwar for your overnight stay.

Day 6 Haridwar – Kurukshetra – Delhi

After breakfast, travel to Kurukshetra, the historic land of the Mahabharata war.

Visit Jyotisar, the sacred site where Lord Krishna delivered the Bhagavad Gita. Explore Brahma Sarovar, a holy tank associated with Yajnas performed by Lord Brahma and linked to King Duryodhana’s legends.

See Lake Drupadi and Bhisma Kund, the place where the great sage Bhishma attained salvation.

In the evening, return to Delhi and check in to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 7 Delhi – Full Day City Tour

After breakfast, enjoy a full day city tour of Delhi. Visit iconic landmarks such as Qutub Minar, Red Fort, Purana Qila, and India Gate. Drive past the President’s House and Parliament House.

Later, spend some time shopping at Connaught Place, Dilli Haat, and Janpath, where you can buy accessories, handicrafts, and souvenirs.

Return to your hotel in Delhi for an overnight stay.
