Day 2 Delhi

This morning after a leisurely breakfast proceed for the sightseeing of Delhi.Combined city tour of New Delhi & Old Delhi. Visit QutabMinar, Humayun's tomb, Lakshminarayan Temple, a modern Hindu Temple, Parliament House, Government Secretarial Building and Connaught place, the shopping centre of New Delhi.Visit Red Fort, built in 1648 by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan, Jama Masjid, one of the largest Mosque of India, Raj Ghat and Shanti Vana, the cremation sites of Mahatama Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru. Also drive past ChandniChowk, shopping center of Old Delhi. Optional Tour: Dances of India or explore the market & shop for special bargains!

Day 3 Delhi-Corbett

This morning after breakfast drive to Corbett National Park.

Day 4 Corbett

Your tour is devoted to early morning open Jeep Safari accompanied by expert naturalist. Start your day with a cup of tea/coffee and get ready for the most awaited journey. While your jeep passes through the deep jungle there is a strong probability to spot the Royal Bengal Tiger roaming around. Keep your cameras ready and capture the rare images of tigers and various other wildlife speciesresting in their habitats. Return back to resort for breakfast. You may enjoy bath in swimming pool.
Later, in the evening, move towards KosiRiver(Kosi river available in Dhikuli Village Resort) and spend few pleasant hours at the bank of the river. Come back to the resort and get caught up in the spirit of the magical place and have your dinner.

Day 5 Corbett - Agra

This morning you may again proceed for 3 hours game viewing at the park. Later, you drive to the Romantic City of TajMahal- Agra. Enroute visit FatehpurSikri.
FatehpurSikri : The deserted, red Sandstone City, Emperor Akbar built that as his capital and palace in the late 16th century is an exhilarating experience. It a veritable fairytale city and its "ruins" are in pristine condition ... it's not hard to imagine what the court life must have been like in the days of it's grandeur. Also visit the BulandDarwaza, the largest gateway in the world.

Day 6 Agra –Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary.

Early in the morning visit TajMahal (closed on every Friday) during Sunrise. Return to the hotel for breakfast and then proceed on a city tour of Agra.Visit Red fort & Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daula. Later you will visit a marble gallery - the flagship store in Agra which offers an excellent range of white marble, fashionable wear & exotic wooden articles, truly a one stop shop!

Later in the afternoon drive to Bharatpur Bird sanctuary. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Relax for the remaining part of the day.

Day 7 Bharatpur-Delhi

Day free to visit the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary. This magnificent bird haven in actual came into being paradoxically as a duck shooting preserve for Maharaja Suraj Mull of Bharatpur. He transformed the shallow depression formed by the confluence of River Gambhir and River Banganga into a reservoir by damming the rainwater in monsoons. Flooding of water created shallow wetland ecosystem causing it to be a perfect habitat for an astounding variety of birds. The park that was a hunting preserve for the Maharaja and the British continued to be so till 1964, after which the hunting was banned. Later in the afternoon drive back to Delhi International airport to board the flight for your onward journey to back home with sweet and unforgettable memories of 'TajMahal with Corbett' escorted by Vardhman Vacations.
