Welcome to Vardhman's 'Taj Mahal & Erotic Temples! On arrival in Delhi, you will be met and transferred by Vardhman's representative to your hotel.

Half day City tour of New Delhi.
After breakfast, visit New Delhi, which includes the main attraction like Qutab Minar, Humayun's tomb, Lakshminarayan Temple, a modern Hindu Temple, Parliament House, Government Secretarial Building and Connaught place, the shopping centre of New Delhi.

Early morning transfer to Railway station.
0615 hrs. - Leave for Jhansi by train.
Breakfast on board the train.
1100 hrs. - On arrival at Jhansi drive to Khajuraho. Enroute visit Orcha.
Orchha which is a medieval city founded by Bundela rulers with palaces & temples of the 16th & 17th century which have remarkably withstood the onslaught of time. The city is picturesquely flanked by the river Betwa. Visit of the surrounding fortress & local Ram Raja temple. After lunch, continue drive to Khajuraho, upon arrival, check in at hotel.

This morning proceed on a City tour of Khajuraho
Visit the world famous Khajuraho temples were built by the Chandela kings between 950 AD and 1050 AD. The most important are the Chaunset Yogini Temple dedicated to Goddess Kali, The Mahadev Temple, Chitragupta or Bharatji Temple with a lovely image of 11 headed Vishnu, Vishvanath and Nandi Temples, Lakshmana Temple, Visha Temple of Shiva, which is the largest & most typical of temples. Visit the Eastern group of temples that consist of the Parasvanath Temple - the only Jain Temple surviving at Khajuraho and has excellent sculptures on the outer walls of the Sanctum, the Javeri Temple dedicated to Vishnu. The other temples in this group are those dedicated to Brahma, Yamuna and Adinath.
Later drive to Jhansi Railway station for train to Agra.
1810 hrs. - Leave for Agra by train.
2040 hrs. - On arrival at Agra, transfer to hotel.

Visit Taj Mahal
Visit Taj Mahal (Closed on Friday), Red fort & Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daula. Later you will visit a marble gallery - the flagship store in Agra which offers an excellant range of white marble, fashionable wear & exotic wooden articles, truly a one stop shop!

Today you drive to the former capital city of Emperor Akbar
Your exciting day begins with a tour, starting with a visit to Fatehpur Sikri. Then continue onward to Jaipur and check into your hotel.

This morning you will experience the wonders of this magicial pink city, as you proceed on a tour of Amber fort. Later visit the Jagmandir or the Hall of victory glitterning with mirrors, Maharaja's City Palace and the Observatory. Drive past Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds and through the rose pink residential and business areas of Jaipur.
Optional: Lunch at a Heritage hotel with Tonga ride or explore the market & shop for special bargains!

This morning you explore the magnificent Mehrangarh Fort-Museum, one of the largest in India, unsurpassed in beauty and grandeur - and a perfect example of desert variant of Rajput architecture. The tour of the fort will be followed by a visit to the old town where you walk through the market getting a feel of the town.

Visit Red Fort, built in 1648 by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan, Jama Masjid, one of the largest Mosque of India, Raj Ghat and Shanti Vana, the cremation sites of Mahatama Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru. Also drive past Chandni Chowk, shopping centre of Old Delhi.
