Day 2 Delhi - Mandawa

This morning after breakfast drive to Mandawa. Mandawa was founded in 1755 by Thakur Nawal Singh and is still the home of his descendants. Mandawa houses a collection of armories, costumes of ancestors, canons from 1820, ancient coins, numismatic collection and many other interesting items preserved in a museum. The whole area of Shekhavati has beautiful frescoes, havelis & mansions and is called the open air gallery.
Upon arrival at Mandawa check into your hotel.
Later visit the Shekhavati villages of Dundlod, Mandawa, etc.

Day 4 Jaipur

This morning after breakfast proceed on a city tour of Jaipur.
Visit the Amber Fort -the ancient capital of the State. Visit the Sheesh Mahal or the Hall of Victory glittering with mirrors. Afternoon tour of Jaipur. Rajasthan was given a colour coat of pink a century ago in honour of a visiting Prince. Built by Maharaja JaiSingh, the notable astronomer, this city is 260 years old. Visit Maharaja's City Palace, the Observatory & Ram Niwas Gardens. Drive past Hawa Mahal & through the pink rose residential & business areas.

Day 7 Ranthabhore - Agra

After breakfast drive to Agra enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri .
Fatehpur Sikri is 40 kms from Agra and built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 and abandoned after 15 years due to scarcity of water. See the graceful buildings including the Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chisti, Panch Mahal and other Palaces. Upon arrival at Agra check into your hotel.
Later visit the world famous Taj Mahal built by the Moghul Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his Queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. Later visit the Agra Fort containing the Pearl Mosque, the Halls of Public and Private Audience. Also visit the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daullah built by Empress Noorjehan in memory of her father.

Day 10 Delhi

After breakfast proceed on a city tour of Old Delhi.
Visit Red Fort, built in 1648 by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan, Jama Masjid, one of the largest Mosque of India, Raj Ghat and Shanti Vana, the cremation sites of Mahatama Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru. Also drive past Chandni Chowk, shopping centre of Old Delhi.

Day 11 Delhi - Goa (By flight)

Today morning after breakfast transfer to Delhi airport to catch flight for Goa. Upon arrival at Goa check into your hotel.
Later proceed on a city tour of Goa.
Visit Old Goa, the most important Cathedrals and churches - namely Se-Cathedral, Church of St. Francis Xavier, St. Catherine's Church, Arch of Vice Roy of Goa. Miramar Beach - This is the only beach close to any city and has a good view of the river Mandovi flowing into the sea. Also visit Dona Paula fishing village which is a small village at the tip of Panaji, the place has a very good viewpoint and a monument at the same place.
