Lotus Nature Cure presents a Structural Holistic Health Retreat, thoughtfully integrating the ancient sciences of Ayurveda, Naturopathy, and Yoga. The retreat focuses on prevention, early intervention, and strengthening the immune system, empowering the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Rooted in holistic wellness principles, the program helps restore harmony within the body while promoting long-term health and vitality. Guests can indulge in a range of Ayurvedic and wellness therapies, including relaxing massages, reflexology, hot herbal poultices, and organic body scrubs—each designed to detoxify and rejuvenate.
As part of the retreat, you will receive Ayurvedic wellness therapies for 3 days, with each session lasting 90 minutes and including two different treatments per day.

8:30 AM – Breakfast

9:15 AM – Wellness Session / Time for Self / Visit to Beach

1:00 PM – Lunch
Relish a wholesome Ayurvedic-inspired lunch to nourish your body and sustain your energy for the afternoon activities.
3:00 PM – Wellness Session / Time for Self / Visit to Beach
Afternoon options include massage therapies, reflexology, herbal poultices, or beach time—tailored to your individual wellness needs.
5:30 PM – Evening Yoga / Meditation Session
Wind down with a gentle yoga session and meditation to calm the mind, release stress, and promote inner balance.
7:30 PM – Dinner
