Tour Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival & Introduction to Wellness

Begin your journey with a traditional welcome and check-in to your comfortable, well-appointed room. After settling in, enjoy your first Ayurvedic treatment designed to help you relax and prepare for the days ahead.

Savor a healthy lunch made from fresh, nourishing ingredients, followed by some free time to unwind. In the evening, sip on a refreshing herbal tea during the orientation session, where you’ll learn more about the retreat program.

Later, take a peaceful visit to Ram Jhula and witness the divine Ganga Aarti—a beautiful spiritual ceremony on the banks of the sacred River Ganga. End your day with a wholesome Ayurvedic dinner, leaving you relaxed and ready for the journey ahead.

Day 2 Rejuvenation & Inner Balance
