We are happy to inform you that a fixed departure has been planned from 20th January. The yatra will be for 7 days, and complete Jain food arrangements with Maharaj will be provided throughout the journey.

Important Notes

• Before booking the Yatra, please read instructions and facilities carefully mentioned below.
• Vardhman Vacations (VVI) will not be responsible if the flights / trains are delayed or cancelled.
• This Yatra starts with Dinner on Day – 01 & concludes with Breakfast on Day – 07
• Check In 02:00 pm & Check Out 12:00 pm
• All Meals – Breakfast, Lunch & Chouviar (VVI Separate Kitchen – PURE VEG & JAIN)

We will provide our Separate kitchen / Marwari Maharaj Food only, when at least 45 members join the group. Otherwise, we will provide food from the hotel/Dharamshala only (PURE VEG & JAIN) as per the timings of Bhojnalaya. Normally, breakfast is served upto 8 AM and dinner upto 1730 hrs strictly.

Terms & Conditions

• Confirm your booking by paying a deposit of Rs.5000/- PER PERSON of the Yatra cost.
• Balance payment shall be paid 15 days prior to the departure
• If anybody fails to pay the balance amount before 15 days, he/she shall be deemed as cancelled and the deposit shall not be refunded.
• If we cancel the Yatra, then we shall refund the amount. But if the Yatra cancels due to the natural calamities like flood, riots, bands, strikes etc. then we shall refund the Yatra cost after deducting 20% as our service charge.
• If the passenger wants to cancel the Yatra he/she shall have to make a written application and the reasons to cancel.
• We shall refund the Yatra cost after deducting cancellation charges.
• The bank charges for credit card transactions are non-refundable in case of cancellation of Yatra booking by any party.
• Please pay through /NEFT/RTGS/SWIFT in favour of Vardhman Vacations India.

Cancellation Policy

• Before 30 Days 25% Of The Yatra Cost.
• Between 15 To 30 Days 50% Of The Yatra Cost.
• Between 05 To 15 Days 75% Of The Yatra Cost.
• Within 05 Days 100% Of The Yatra Cost (No Refund).
